Coach Darren Flynt

Experienced track and field throws coach with a background as a professional strongman, Highland Games athlete, and national champion in the 35-pound weight throw. Contributed to championship teams at the University of Nebraska, training with elite athletes and coaches. Coached state and national champions and Olympians in shot put, discus, hammer, and javelin throw. Holds certifications from NSCA, USA Weightlifting, USA Track and Field, and degrees in kinesiology, computer science, and finance.
